Random Recipe 6 - "Egg Whopper"
- 2 eggs
- 2 baps
- tiny bit of butter
- 2 steak burger things
- cheese
|
Conclusion
This is actually a really great meal, quite
healthy, and tastes better than it looks.
Try and make the omelette as cheesy as you
can, as it gives it more taste.

Step 1
The first step is to half make an omelette, but don't whisk
the 2 eggs very much, and don't use hardly any butter in the
pan so the omelette sticks to the bottom, and you end up with
a mess such as this when you try and get the knife under it
in order to flip.
When you have reached this point you will no long need to
flip, and just mess it up into little bits, and they should
cook fine without flipping. Ensure the temperature is just
enough to burn the pieces.

|
Step 2
Cook the burgers under a hot grill, but not so hot it burns
the outside without cooking them through to the middle. If you
are thinking about your belly, you can use a pan such as mine,
which has kinda bumps to keep the burgers out of the oil. Very
clever! |
|
Step 3
The original idea was to gently heat the baps to make them
go soft, but as they are a week out of date anyway, putting
them on the edge of the pan under the grill just kinda toasted
them... but it is quite cool, as it slightly browns the top,
as you will see later. |

|
Step 4
Grate some cheese over the bits of omelette, and mix it all
together. It will kinda become a bit of a mess, but bare with
me. |
|
|
Step 5
Put some of the omelette on the bottom bap, put a burger
on them, then put more pieces of omelette on top of the burger.
Finally put the top of the bap on, and pick up any bits of
omelette that have fallen out.
You'll find that kinda squashing it down should help the
pieces stick together and not fall out when trying to eat
it.

Step 7
I am considering passing this recipe on to Burger King,
but to save their Marketing Department the trouble, I have already
created the advert for it! |

Last but not least
Eat it! Here is a shot of what it looks like after taking
a monster bite from it. Nice!! |
